Policies and Procedures
Rates: Rates are for single and double occupancy, and includes our lovely breakfast and parking. Each stay is subject to Virginia State Tax and Virginia’s State Occupancy Tax .
Arrival Time: Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Check in after 7:00pm may be possible for reservations of two or more nights, by prior arrangement only.
Departure Time: Check-Out time is at 11:00 am. Late Check-Out is available at a rate of $20.00 every 30 minutes past 11:00 am.
Payment Method: We accept cash, credit cards,checks, and travelers checks. A deposit of 50% to 100% of your stay is required. Deposits must be received in order for a reservation to be complete. When deposits are received a confirmation will be emailed or mailed to you, at your preference. Please mail deposits to :

Please make all checks payable to The Tenth Street Bed and Breakfast. Please place your reservation date(s) on the comments line.
Deposits: We require a full deposit for reservations of one night. We require a deposit of 50% for reservations of two or more nights.
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $35 service charge if with in three weeks of your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made between three weeks and seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date will forfeit your deposit. All cancellations made after seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
Reservations: Reservations in advance are encouraged but short notice reservations are welcome. Please call (434) 981-8570 or email TheTenthStreetBedandBreakfast@gmail.com to make your reservation.
Parking: We have on-street and off street parking available to our guests.
